Payment will be made after the delivery of items through check. There is a penalty of 1/10 of 1% for every day of delay.

2. Period of delivery

: | Delivery of the equipment shall be within 45 working days upon execution of the contract or receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP); Installation, set-up and configuration shall be within 60 working days upon execution of the contract or receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
